How does Meditation Lock block my apps?

It uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework. You pick the apps to lock and the times they should be locked. When you open a locked app, a meditation appears instead — finish a session to unlock and continue.

The app is asking for Screen Time permission — is that safe?

Yes. Screen Time access is what lets Meditation Lock place a lock on your chosen apps. Your specific app selections are handled privately by iOS and are never sent to us. See our Privacy Policy for details.

I'm in an emergency and need a locked app right now.

Use the emergency unlock with your passcode. It's there for the moments you truly need immediate access.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your App Store account. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Meditation Lock, and choose to change or cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in to request one.

Can I change session length and bells?

Yes — set custom session lengths from 1 to 30 minutes, choose a finishing bell, and turn on optional interval bells in the app's settings.
